ABOUT STATS PROPERTIES
STATS Properties was formed in November 2004 by its principal Peter Stathakis. Some 6 months later he was joined firstly by Millie Goodchild and thereafter by John Greene.
PETER STATHAKIS (Principal) :
Peter has been in the property industry since 1992. He spent many years managing and leasing commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.
He is committed to providing an exceptional service, always in the best interests of his clients and is known as someone who is always prepared to go the “extra mile.”

KRISSI LE ROUX (Property Sales Consultant) :
Krissi is hard working, enthusiastic, helpful and committed to excellent service.
She has a passion for what she is doing - her satisfaction is a happy client.
She has been involved in residential property sales since 2002 and has a wealth of experience to draw from.
Her qualifications include:
Krissi has lived in the Moot area for 40 years, since school-going age, and is very familiar with the area that she operates in. She has consistently been involved in various community and church activities.
JANET BOTES (Rental Manager) :
Janet Botes joined STATS Properties on 3rd January 2011. She runs our rental portfolio and I am sure that she will build on the good work that is already in place in the portfolio.
Janet has years of management experience, and together with her helpful and efficient way of doing things will no doubt be able to improve our service levels to our Lessees and Lessors.

DILYS AYTON (Office Manager) :
Dilys Ayton is a very accomplished lady with loads of administrative and client service experience. Her background is in teaching and Human Resources which included specialising in Recruitment.
She hold a BA Degree + B Com Status in Industrial Psychology and a STD diploma.
She has served on the Trustee Committee in her complex on several occasions and so has a sound understanding of Body Corporate Administration. and as member of Die Wilgers Residents Association learned about the challenges communities face, especially relating to safety and development.
She was awarded honorary Life Membership of Lifeline Pretoria for services rendered.
ETHOS :
Although the business is obviously sales oriented and profit driven, there is a wholehearted commitment by each member of the team to build STATS Properties into Pretoria’s leading Real Estate Business, exclusively by referral.
A recent analysis of our sales over a 6 month period reveals that 85% of our sellers were referred to us. Only 15% of our sellers were recruited through conventional marketing and sales efforts.
As a result of our commitment to service excellence and to building STATS Properties by referral, the bulk of our time is spent on striving to provide an exceptional level of service to our clients, as opposed to activities such as door-to-door and tele-canvassing.
Due to us working exclusively by referral we are not area bound, which means that we are flexible in terms of servicing mandates in any part of Pretoria. Hand-picked associates assist us in many areas of Pretoria and as a result we have secured sales from Centurion, through Faerie Glen and Silver Woods in the East to Capital Park in the north. Because we have competent associates in other parts of the country as well, we are able to provide a very comprehensive service both locally and nationally.
